The location was ideal, only about 5 - 10 minutes from Caen centre. The property was in a pleasant and quiet area considering the local bars stayed open til the early hours we didn't have any issues sleeping.
The property itself was safe and secure with a number pad and key safe for entry to the building which was given on the day of arrival.
The studio apartment was just the right size for the two of us.
Plenty of choice regarding places to eat and drink.
The spiral staircase was quite tricky when taking out luggage up and down the stairs. But this was partly my fault for not researching the accommodation before booking.
We found the the hot water was extremely hot and it used it with caution.
