Location is very convenient. It has a store downstairs. And it has many small restaurants which open until late. Also the staffs are very helpful and responsive.

I have travelled extensively around the world and stayed in too many hotels to count. I have never witnessed such amazing customer service by the team there who always went out of their way to help a Westerner navigate the local market and were always willing to help 24/7. The bed was also amazingly comfortable and the concierge team helped me order two of the exact same pillows they used to bring home with me.
