Great location and an easy, hassle-free check-in. Some of the facilities were brand new, including the plates, cutlery, hairdryer, and drying rack, which was a nice touch. Online members of team really nice and responded to my messages quickly in a nice manners.
The level of cleanliness was unacceptable. The flat was very dusty, and the bathroom was dirty, with visible stains. The information provided by the team regarding the oven facilities was misleading. Several basic kitchen essentials were missing, including a cutting knife, tea towel, salt and pepper, and kitchen soap. The shower had very low water pressure and appeared to be partly broken, making it difficult to use.
