Big and spacious, good location, close to center, parking always available.
No hot water for 3 days, just mild. Also quite loud as there is a road right in front of the apartment and sometimes loud neighbors upstairs. Old and small bathroom.

The apartment is new, beautifully and practically furnished, and has everything you need for a great vacation. The host is extremely responsive and immediately available whenever needed.
The best thing, however, is the location of the apartment. It is close to Kos town center - less than 10 minutes from the harbor, about the same to the Old Town of Kos, and just a few minutes more to the best beach in town. At the same time, it is far enough from the strict city center that you will never have trouble parking your rental car.
