Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Very good breakfast. Perfect location. Everything is new. Good coffee machine.

Room is much to warm even when temperatures outside are low, airco couldn't be set any lower than 23.5. According to the staff this is because of energy saving, but it does not seem to make much sense if outside temperature is lower than this. Windows can be opened to cool down the room but then it's noisy and insects enter the room. The duvet is also very thick which doesn't help for comfort in a warm room. Booked two nights, badge had to be re-activated to get access to the room on the second day. Minor inconvenience going back down from the 4th floor to the reception to get it fixed. Other guest had the same issue, probably a start-up issue. Great coffee machine using beans, beans reservoir was not refilled during cleaning in the morning.

המיקום רחוק מהמרכז במרכז עסקי. על פסי הרכבת (למרות שהחלונות אכן חוסמים את הרעש). כרגע סביבת המלון תחת שיפוצים, לא נעים להסתובב בסביבתו.

We booked two rooms, both of which were beautifully decorated, thoughtfully arranged, and extremely comfortable. The refined details, high-quality finishes, and warm atmosphere created an experience that was both luxurious and relaxing. We especially appreciated the in-room coffee machine, a practical and very welcome touch. What impressed us most was the exceptional quality of the service. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team was warm, professional, attentive, and sincerely welcoming. We felt valued and perfectly looked after throughout our stay. I would also like to commend the Director of Front Office, whose professionalism, leadership, and attention to detail were evident throughout our visit. The consistently high level of service reflects a strong and well-established culture of hospitality throughout the hotel. In summary, this is a new, elegant, and comfortable hotel where location, design, hospitality, and thoughtful touches come together beautifully.
