The location and the interior design and facilities
The fact that it is underground level and it was not mentioned ! There was a lot of spiders and a weird mold smell.

Great location, very cool during the heat wave as is basement level flat and had an air conditioning unit
Nothing was perfect for our stay, but very narrow staircase to get down to the front door
