Very easy, they met me at the door of the building. They provided the keys after coordinating on whatsapp. I was then led to the room upstairs with my bags carried.
There was an issue with a fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. The staff rectified the situation the next day after becoming aware of the issue. I was happy with their prompt response.

The property was quite nice, brand new and modern.
Only downside was that the elevator was not operative yet during our visit.

Loved this property. It was spacious and tastefully decorated. Clean and fresh. With the big windows we felt like we were somewhere different not just another hotel room. All the staff were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough to help, even providing us with travel information to meet up with our daughter. It was positioned close to the metro and tourist buses so we could get everywhere without walking to far. Close to lots of restaurants and a little local spar with a lovely breakfast patisserie. Would 100% stop here again.
