La ubicación, que tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar y la atención del personal.

Las camas y almohadas eran muy incómodas, adicionalmente estuvimos sin internet durante todos los días en que nos alojamos, aunque recibimos una buena compensación por esto.

The property is in a great location with amazing transport links. It was clean on arrival and had all the basic necessities needed for a week long stay. The washing machine and dishwasher are a great addition for a New York stay.

We had a few maintenance issues throughout our stay that took a bit longer to get fixed than we would have liked but the staff were generally quick at responding and they were fixed. It was advertised as step free on booking.com which it’s not - there are 5 steps at the entrance of the building.

Incredible place to stay! The hosts were very responsive, polite, and accommodating to my checkin and checkout times. It is a 2 bedroom apartment in a secure building in the Upper West Side, on the ground floor, so that there’s no need to lug suitcases upstairs. There is a fridge, microwave, oven and stove, dishwasher, and clothes washing machine. The bathroom is very nice, there’s a counter, a nice sink and toilet, and the shower is also a tub, so you can soak in a bath if you’d like to. They provide shower products and a hair dryer. The bedrooms are lovely, and have queen beds, so two people can stay in each bed. One bedroom has a desk and chair, the other one has nightstands. In the living room/kitchen, there is a table with 4 chairs, allowing a family or group of friends to eat together. There is also a couch and a TV. Free wifi is provided, along with AC in every room. Overall, this was a perfect stay, and I’m so glad that I chose this place! I’ll be sure to book again once I’m back in the city! Thank you to the team managing the property for everything!

Nothing, it was perfect
