Noisy neighbours, very loud neighbours banging doors all night, and unit behind had washing machine going constantly, all hours of the night.

The property is good near to hay’s street! The facility and the place is so clean and comfortable. Is just the parking … but over all 9/10 .

I made a mistake in my bookings and had to find an apartment on the day that the mistake was discovered and I am glad that I found this one which is in the same building of the previous apartment that I stayed, so the move is seamless. Interestingly the decor of this apartment is completely different to the one that I stayed, but never mind we had everything we need for the night. Location is very convenient and only 10 minutes walk to CBD and if walking is not an option there are plenty of buses (including the red cat which is free) that go to/from the CBD. Lots of Asian restaurants and even Thai massage shops nearby.

Nothing really except the price but it is already in the lower band of the same class of apartment.

Very clean and thoughtful basket of goodies on arrival . Host was super helpful and friendly, I had an issue with the heating, they arranged a new one straight away

Some instructions for the stay would be handy (where to put rubbish, expectations on check out etc).
