Very clean especially the 2 bedrooms which were fresh and new feeling. The lounge and dining room was nice also. The kitchen was clean.
Unfortunately the bathroom let it down in particular the old bath which was stained and chipped. It was the one thing in the apartment not renovated. It really does need replacing. The outside view from the balcony was not nice being enclosed by the backs of other old apartments, but it is the city and many other apartments must be the same. Not much you can do about that. To some people it will matter, others it won't.
