The apartment is in a quiet residential neighbourhood about 10 minutes walk from the local shops, cafes etc. where there is a fantastic Mexican pastry shop. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and spacious with almost all the facilities you would need. Very good coffee machine with pods.
Off street parking was available behind the house but very tight, even for a smallish car. Chicago is a big city and using public transport means it takes up to 60 minutes or more to get downtown. The nearest L line stop (Bluer line) is 15-20 minutes walk away.

The space itself was very nice and clean. I was very happy to have only a few steps to get to the door.
The fact that the CTA was 1.5 miles away. The free parking is a very narrow slab and ended with a broken mirror. There are multiple trash bins blocking space that would make it easier to ease in. Sliding doors that are for one bedroom and the bathroom do not fully close (making it not be private)

We did not eat there, but some coffee got used. Only had to go up a few steps. Was easy to get into when we got there.
The so called parking was a very narrow pad, causing the the car to get damaged. There were things that were listed as amenities were no where.
