The view is astonishing and property very comfortable and new. Also great location close to beach, restaurants and Spar. But you will need to be okay with noise at night especially over weekends. But if that doesn't bother you, I would highly recommend this property.

The parking is not good space for when you have a big car, and also when the neighbor parked at 404 with also a big car there was absolutely no space to get into our car. The neighbor parked over the line each time, so we were afraid that they would bump our car getting into their car, and then parked in the visitors parking in the son. The surroundings are very noisy, sleeping in the main bedroom and having the sea noise cancels the most noise from the partying at night from Thursday to Saturday until early mornings when you open the door in the rooms. But the people sleeping to that side it is very noisy. Doof doof doof from 8 - 2... And then the people staying over at other apartments are also very noisy, at first the noise was straight in our bathroom coming from the vents, after letting you know, they fixed it somehow or the noisy people left, not sure. Just disappointed seeing that you have a policy in place for no noise from 10 at night but it seems no one is making sure that people are abiding by the rules. Please look into the hot water at the kitchen sink, there is almost none to speak of. And also the hot water in the second bathroom is very low. That is more like warm and not hot water.
