Communication was good. Location was great , 20 min walk to Floriade , museums, art galleries, lake walks. The area always felt safe. All equipment and appliances worked well.

Once I received the instructions to retrieve the apartment key, it was painless.
The apartment was clean, quiet and good location into the city.
Not sure why, but the instructions to retrieve the key and directions to enter the apartment was not received. Luckily there was a contact number that I was able to call on WhatsApp and than was able to make my way to the apartment.
There were no hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen.

Good location, laundry and kitchen
Could have been cleaner, skirting boards were quite dusty and vacuum cleaner was full and clogged on arrival

Location and ease of access
Wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. Had to send cleaners after check in. Also kitchen utensils and equipment not great. Don’t think you could really self-service with what was available in the apartment.
