This place is designed as a communal space, with three private rooms that sleep 2 each and a shared living/dining/kitchen space and a shared bathroom. The listing’s a bit confusing bc each bedroom space is listed separately. A balcony overlooks the magnificent Shoda Mountain - a good reason to just relax on the balcony! As I was the only guest, I had the space to myself, but this would really be ideal for a family or group of friends - it could sleep 8 if two slept on the two couches. I didn’t need the wood stove, but it must be so cozy in winter! The owners are very kind and helpful., English is limited, but everything’s ok with Translate!

I wish I had stayed another night!
