Attentive property manager, anticipated all of our needs. Set up seamless transfers, she was always available during the day until 3pm. You just tell her what time you want breakfast and she brings you a fresh breakfast every am. Room was beautiful! Outdoor heated plunge pool was great. The grounds were literally spotless. Was very quiet. Pyrgos town is walking distance. Manager easy to message via booking.com app.

The city bus was not running as scheduled so we ended after waiting for the bus for 2 hours with it not coming (main pick up is by Santana Wines) we ended up renting an ATV (450cc) for the rest of the time so we could visit Fira and Oia which was about a 25-30min drive from Avelora. Was able to park it for free at the hotel property.

Le logement est propre bien agencé et cosy. Le matelas est grand confortable il un espace coiffeuse pour se maquiller , la douche est spacieuse Il y’a tout pour être bien peignoir chaussons plusieurs serviettes de douche et de piscine L’endroit est très calme et reposant Nous avons adoré je recommande .

Loved the architecture, the cave atmosphere was original and well executed. As the property is brand new, the facilities were impeccable (little default with the shower drainage but was minor compared to everything else). The pool and outdoor area are comfortable with the view taking the main stage. The indoor features, like the lighting, were cool (dimmable ambiances), however the quirky automatic bathroom setting wasn’t as fun during the night. The included breakfast (brought at any chosen time before 11am) was very good - a variety of local and traditional brunch foods, served outside. The bed was also very comfortable. Finally, the room was basically full blackout and very silent too.

The property is located on a street which seems to be under construction (the whole neighbourhood) and is quite far from the main cities on the island, which isn’t a problem in itself if you’re looking for a more relaxed stay in Santorini. We were not so pleasantly surprised to discover that the concierge isn’t opened past 3pm (on Booking it simply says that there is a concierge right now without mentioning anything about times which is a bit misleading) and same goes with baggage storage which simply isn’t possible if the concierge isn’t physically present, making it difficult to have a morning checkout and a late flight on the same day.
