Great location in the heart of Florence. Vaulted ceilings made the room feel much bigger. Perfect for a long-term stay where day trips to Tuscany or other cities in Italy can be made can be made. Near Santa Maria Train station and the Montegulo bus station where many tours departed from.
not having a person to talk with. All done online

Location is everything, except if you want to sleep at night. You must choose between noise and cool room or quiet and warm room. Ac is a unit that vent should outside with window open. Great location for attractions. This is on the 4th floor, no elevator.
Bed, noise until 1 to2 am No Elevator to get to 4th floor
