The hotel is very new, super clean, and perfect facilities.
The location is a bit far from Namba Station, but still within walking distance. It would be better if staff were available full time to provide services such as keeping luggage for guests after check‑out. Most of the time, the reception is empty.

Clean and well furnished apartment close to downtown Osaka.
Some facilities were missing like coffee. Also the LED lights in the switches can keep one awake since they are close to the bed.

Location close to Namba and other areas walking distance. Room was big, clean and beds were comfortable. The room had what we needed, ie: washing machine, table etc. Grocery store and convinence store very close.
There was a strange smell coming from the washing machine area. Like a sewer kind of smell. We put on the fan and closed that door area. We did advise the person at reception area so they were aware.
