The view was amazing. The kitchenette was well equipped., towels and sheets were spotlessly clean and changed regularly.

There was no signage indictaing Aether apartments when we arrived, making it difficult to fjnd. The bed was quite old, andcreaky and had evidently had makeshift repairs carried out in the past. The air-conditioning units from the flats above often dripped onto the balcony. This seemed to be a persistent problem from several upstairs AC unit. This limited our ability to use the use the balcony and could potentially be dangerous. The reception was not always open, even during daytime hours. The location on a busy main road, without a pavement, while not the fault of the establishment itself, made the walk into town treacherous, especially at night.

That there was a little bit of seaview to left, and a bit more seaview to the right. It was clean

Well. I expected a single room with balcony and seaview, thats what my booking, and all pictures in the booking, including single room was showing me, and that was the main reason I booked this room. Unfortunately and to my surprise my room was a very small room downstairs, no balcony, but a terrace though, but, and a big BUT, a huge olivetree right in front of the terrace blocked most of the seaview. Very disappointed. I arrived late, and it was a bit hard to find the reception, all the way up on all stairs, but found it and was recognized by the receptionist, she had been waiting for me she said, okay - good. First thing she told me was she had to change a bulb in my room, ok....at 11:30 pm, almost midnight. Maybe that could have been done earlier. Anyway, she was polite and did her best. I never saw her or any other staff, except for the cleaning lady during my stay. Second day and first shower, the shower handle fell of almost immediately, and left me standing with the shower hose.... Tried to get in touch with staff, but no one there except for the cleaning lady who didnt speak english. They did actually fix it eventually, so I had a working shower the last day. The location is a good 10 minutes walk from Benitses center, on a very trafficking road, not nice in the night time. But off course not the hotels fault, but good to know. If you come by car, no problems, there is parking space. Overall, room to small, without the promised seaview, and to far from center, walking distance.
