The property is located in the calm and quiet part of Agria. In practice the flat is isolated of the another part of the house, the patio is only for the guests and is better than looks on the pictures. The bower and the trees assure shadow all day long. My wife had tooth ache and Eva helped us just on time. The cats in the garden were very cute and friendly.
Regarding the kitchenette I think everything was OK, but we don't cook at all when traveling and use own coffee machine, so I can't comment the relative kitchen appliances.
There was air conditioner only in the living room. For September temperature it was OK - 2 hours working were enough, for the summer I'm not sure that in the bedrooms would be comfortable without second air conditioner (although the available one worked very well).
