The contract with the staff was good during our stai and we were asked every day if everything is Ok, offering to help with everything. The location was very good and very safe! We had an apt on the first floor with terrace, very quiet, the isolation very good we did not hear any noise from the other units. Very clean and everting inside good quality ! We could wash clothes , detergent provided ! We had the option to storage our luggage for few hours at the checkout free of charge ( we use two 1 € coins witch we got back). The young ladies from the cleaning crew veri sweet and nice ! As a frequent traveler I can say that everything about this property is very professional , every aspect is taken serious ! I definitely recommend this place !

The accommodation was very clean, tidy and nicely decorated. We booked this place because we had seen so many positive reviews. Check-in was very convenient: you receive an access code, which makes it very easy to enter the building and your room. Everything looked modern and well maintained, and in terms of cleanliness we really had nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately, the biggest issue for us was the noise. The rooms are extremely poorly soundproofed. The accommodation is located on a very busy part of Málaga, so you constantly hear traffic outside, especially cars driving over the manhole covers, as well as people talking in the street. You can also hear a lot of noise from inside the building, including toilets flushing and other guests coming and going. Our room was located directly near the entrance, which meant we constantly heard the main door opening and closing. On top of that, every time someone walked through the hallway, the automatic hallway light switched on and lit up our bedroom. We eventually had to buy very good earplugs because otherwise it was extremely difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We also found the linen and towels quite minimal, especially considering the price. You basically receive only two towels for showering. There is a washing machine, which is useful, but drying your clothes is difficult because there is no balcony. From the photos, we had actually gotten the impression that there was a balcony. Another thing we didn’t like was the lighting. Almost all the lights are extremely bright, almost like construction lights, and they cannot be dimmed. Especially in the evening, this makes the accommodation feel less cosy and comfortable. Overall, it is definitely a clean and nicely maintained place, but considering the price we paid, we expected a more comfortable stay. The amount of noise in particular had a big impact on our experience, so we personally wouldn’t necessarily recommend it, especially to light sleepers.
