Great location, great value for money, the best price you’ll get for the whole area, the bed was very comfortable, the place was so clean and smelled nice, the kitchen was good, toilets and showers clean (which depends on the other residents), staff very helpful was informed that upgrades are taking place too which is good

Close to everything while being on the gorgeous waterfront - Lidl across the street, Tesco superstore one street past it, train station 5 minutes away, town centre a few minutes away. It was convenient to have a sink in the bedroom, and the shared shower and toilet are separate so I never had to wait to use either. Check in was easy although getting into the building sometimes took several tries. Both kitchens have air fryers which is the first time I’ve seen them in shared kitchens, I really liked that. For the comfort of the bed, steady hot showers, and convenience of the location, the price is really great.

The stove in the kitchen of my floor didn’t work. Having air fryers were awesome, but guests didn’t clean up after using them. Hopefully they sort the 2 kitchens out as the equipment and utensils were not at all evenly distributed between them, I was having to go upstairs just for a fork/spoon and to use the stovetop. A chair in my room would be nice. No wifi in my room, had to go out to the stairwell which sucked because I had to make an important call and even that had terrible connection. Multiple toilets ran out of toilet paper.
