The host was extremely responsive and very helpful. We had an issue with work and had to move our booking and he went at great lengths to accommodate our new dates without raising the price too much. We never met him but he was very present and supportive and couldn't ask for a better host. The flat is great and can easily accommodate four people. There is a kitchen/living room area, two fully equipped bathrooms, two large bedrooms. It has everything you need, from kitchen utensils, to bed linen and towels. The flat is also extremely cooler compared to the high temperatures outside and practically there's no need to turn on the air conditioning (which is present in all rooms by the way). The washing machine and dishwasher were very much appreciated since when one is on holiday, fewer chores are at the top of the priority list. There is a parking space right in front of the flat which is large enough for a small SUV. The location is great for families with children I would say, it's very close to the La Ciaccia beach and other beaches. We used it to travel to different places and didn't really enjoy La Ciaccia beach, but it's definitely great for families. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this flat if you're looking to stay in a quiet location without giving up services and the holiday at the seaside vibe.
