Very spacious and cosy, perfect for my friend and I. The cleanliness was immaculate with the clean towels, very well stocked and in a lovely area.
Nothing but the neighbors seemed a bit nosy whenever we came in and out of the property.

Great value property and near the city centre too. For the price it couldn't be faulted. Very comfy main bed. Nice homely touches like tea bags there for us on arrival made it even better. Parking is always a big bonus.
Overall this is good value for Manchester and we were happy with our stay. If we're looking for negatives, the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable although technically it did fulfill the 'sleeps 4' criteria.
As is sometimes the case, the heating wasn't on by default so it had got very cold by the time we got back in the evening. Generally we were happy at this price point though

Easy parking. Handy for uni and city.
We knew it would be a sofa bed for third person but it wasn’t comfortable at all - needs a mattress. Everything could do with a freshen up. Location may not be for everyone.
