Great location and parking available for $25. The owner met us and gave us great dining and tourist tips.
The room was on the top floor and hot. The small window air co didn’t do much.

The owner is really hospitable. Her house is beautiful and clean. I love the complimentary fruits.
The fridge in my bedroom made noise. I had to unplug it so I could sleep.

This is a very well located brownstone. I was traveling solo so I chose a small room. It had a twin bed…private bath. Bed was comfortable. And the entire facility was extremely clean. The bath had a shower with a glass door—there was no water spots on the door. It was just spotless. No food offered however, there were some fruit and snacks. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. A lot of beautiful original wood in the house….
Everything was fine. Many stairs .. but that is expected
