The hotel was clean and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff was lovely and attentive, they constantly tried to make our stay comfortable even after we checked out. Location is excellent with everything within walking distance. The area can be a bit touristy, but cafes and restaurants around are great.
Though we were upgraded to a balcony room, the balcony door's blinding stay shut and there was no window in the room, so you'll have to rely entirely on the room's lighting. We weren't able to tell night or day. My other family member stayed on a lower floor next to the elevator, which faced a school so it can be quite noisy during weekdays.

This is a great place I have ever stayed. Everything was great, the staff was very friendly and always helped me with everything. The room was clean and spacious. Near restaurants and cheap and great massages.
