The room was well designed the bed was very comfortable. The artwork was really nice.

We never received our room number so we didn’t know what room we had a code. The phone number you gave me on the email was busy for over the half hour that I kept calling. It was a late check-in. It was 7 o’clock. We’re both seniors and it was very stressful. Finally I called 800 number and they gave me my room number, but the code didn’t work until the fifth try. You ask about breakfast, but there’s no breakfast. we arrived at 7 o’clock. There was no one around to help us. nowhere in any of the communication with booking.com is the proper name of the hotel, which is the Lamplighter. Retro Beach Hideaway is not the name of the property and that’s all we received from booking.com. So either change the proper name from lamplighter to retro Beach Hideaway or make surebooking.com gives us the name of the property because you cannot find retro Beach Hideaway on the GPS map nor is it mentioned in the signage at the hotel.
