The apartment is very clean, and it's in a very safe and quiet area. The host really wants to make this apartment better. Every time I check in, I notice the host has bought new things, like a full-length mirror, a cutting board, a big wok, a set of various soup pots, etc.
no WIFI
The cell phone signal is sometimes really bad in the building.

I really like the kitchen. It has everything I need.
The apartment is in a very quiet and safe place. The Vietnamese restaurants, KFC, and the shopping mall are just around the corner.
Very nice view from the windows.
There's no wifi and also a bad connection for the O2 card data from time to time.

Meine absolute Empfehlung!
