Everything is new, clean, well-organized, and excellent. The hotel has a laundry room with laundry detergent provided, as well as a restaurant. There is a bus stop right below the hotel, and Salzburg is only about a 20-minute drive away. There’s also a delicious bakery right across from the hotel, and parking is available.
The balcony is shared with the other rooms, and there are no chairs or a table on the balcony. There is also no trash bin in the bathroom. However, these are really just minor details - overall, everything was excellent and we had a great stay.

Staff is excellent at making you feel welcome. The location is great for traveling easily throughout the area. The room was spacious, comfortable and well stocked. The adjoining restaurant has delicious food and I enjoyed the beef roulade and schnitzel. Also the soups. They are busy so consider reservations.
No downside. One day an alarm kept going off but the Manager dealt with it quickly.
