Milena met us when we arrived at the apartment and took the time to explain the operation of all the appliances as well as how to operate the windows. The apartment itself was beautiful and close to restaurants transportation and grocery stores. The area was very quiet

Location is very good!

The apartment is prepared with a very tight supply for the first days only - we got 2 rolls of toilet paper and one single bin bag, no toilettries and no replenishment. Also during our long 2 weeks stay we were NOT entitled for a towels/bedlinen change unless a separate paid cleaning ordered. Communication with the host was a bit offhand, our questions were treated quite inconsiderately and requests faced dismissively. The pillows were so flat that we felt them almost not present at all. The A/C unit has never been cleaned (avoid to turn on if you are allergic) The drainage in the bathroom sink is barely working - almost completely clogged. The tap handle of the kitchen sink keeps falling off and the fridge is not cooling enough despite being turned on to max.
