The host was very helpful, even offered to take us nearby for a meal in her car.
It was close to the metro.
It has a washing machine.
The neighbors were very noisy into the night.
The walk at night to the property was a bit sketchy and a bit confusing. The walk in the morning was much better.

Room looks stylish, modern, with really comfortable bed and enough space. I slept very well.
Just 5 minutes walk to metro station. Washing machine, a lot of appliances.
No wi fi. At all. I asked password, owner sent me, but it wasn’t available. Probably it depends of room. Also I don’t like that day before check out I messaged him question about checking out and he didn’t respond. If you use washing machine - you should have enough time to dry your closes. You can’t keep dryer outside.
