Size and space. Great shower room. Quiet location. Garage and space for second car. Beautifully decorated to a high standard. Two toilets. Outside furniture. Easy to find. Fab location for our needs.
Wish it had had a bath but that’s just a personal preference and not a criticism. The shower was huge and great.
