Very clean and a great location.

No breakfast provided but there were good facilities to make your own.
Nothing to complain about.

I spent a couple of days exploring Kent by train - location was perfect for this (Canterbury 14 mins, London 40 mins). Very friendly welcome from the manager (owner?). Room was very good, bathroom was massive and it was spotless. Very quiet at night considering it is just behind the high street.
Nothing wrong with the hotel, it's just that Ashford doesn't really have anything to offer as a tourist. Would recommend using it as a hub only

It was difficult to find in the car, as the front door is in a pedestrian area during the day. Parking was in a nearby Pay & Display car park. The room was small but comfortable.
The small room because the small double bed was up against a wall.
