Spend the day fishing along the Arkansas River, hiking a fourteener, or relaxing at Mt Princeton Hot Springs, then head back to the condo and relax by the fireplace, walk to restaurants and shopping or enjoy the balcony.

Great location close to downtown. Perfect space for two couples and the living space and balcony were comfortable. Communication with the host was fast and easy.
