🚭No smoking inside the house. We have a zero-tolerance policy on this matter. If we find even the slightest trace or residue (odor, burn marks, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300. You may smoke in the garden.

🚫No parties or gatherings to maintain the peace and quiet of the property

🏠Guests have access to the entire portion of the house they have booked. The property is not accessible to people with limited mobility.

🌴Although each guest has their own outdoor space, the patios and grill may be shared with guests from the adjoining unit

🚲Bicycles are also shared with guests staying in the adjoining unit, if any are available
