The kitchen is at the heart of the home and is well equipped with a new refrigerator and microwave, a gas cooktop, wall oven and dishwasher, plus a convenient servery window that connects to the second living area/sunroom. The sunroom is the perfect spot for relaxing with a book, enjoying a morning coffee and planning what to explore next on the Peninsula!



Outside, the spacious backyard with freshly laid lawn, provides plenty of room for children to play and the option for outdoor dining with a table, chairs and market umbrella. There is also off-street parking for 2 cars, a small boat or jet ski.

Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.
