Perched above a charming 100-year-old home in Birmingham’s historic Southside, the Magnolia Loft Suite offers a spacious, flexible stay with a unique layout designed for groups, families, or longer visits.

Accessed by an արտաքին staircase, this upper-level apartment welcomes you into a private entry before leading upstairs into the main living space. The extra elevation gives the suite a tucked-away, lofted feel—adding both privacy and a sense of separation from the rest of the home.

Inside, the layout is centered around a generously sized kitchen that doubles as the heart of the space. With ample room to gather, a dedicated workstation, and a TV for relaxing, this area functions as both your dining and hangout space—perfect for shared meals, remote work, or winding down at the end of the day.

The suite features two bedrooms, each designed with comfort and flexibility in mind. One bedroom includes a queen bed, offering a more private retreat. The second bedroom is larger and outfitted with two queen bunk beds, making it ideal for groups, friends, or families traveling together.

While there is no traditional living room, the open kitchen and dining area provide a central space to gather and connect. The layout is practical, spacious, and well-suited for guests who value sleeping capacity and functionality over formal living areas.

Guests will also have access to the rear parking area via the alley (14th Terrace South), along with the convenience of being just minutes from Five Points South, UAB, and some of Birmingham’s best local restaurants and coffee spots.

The Magnolia Loft Suite is perfect for those seeking a little more space, a little more flexibility, and a stay that feels both elevated and full of character—ideal for groups looking to experience Birmingham together.
