This place worked well for our Cinci concert trip! Very close to all of the main entertainment downtown. Parking wasn’t too hard to acquire on the street in neighborhood but has 2 hour rule during daytime hours that neighbor said is very loosely enforced. The included spot in parking lot is just outside the residence so pretty convenient for first car. Rental is on the third floor so if you have an elderly/disabled guest then those 3 flights of stairs are something to consider if you are going to be in and out a lot like we were. All in all a great value for the location!
