The accommodation:
Bright house with garden and parking.
Two bedrooms (1 double bed of 160*200cm, 2 single beds of 80*200cm), ideal for 4 people.
We provide bed, towels and kitchen linen.
Kitchen equipped with filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto.
Convivial dining room for 6 people.
Charcoal barbecue.
Cosy living room with TV, wifi included (fibre optic), board games, books.
Bathroom with shower, washing machine available. Separate toilet.
Perfect for a relaxing stay just a stone's throw from the beach.
You will be greeted by Leelou from the Ker'maly concierge service.
Remarks:
- The staircase that leads upstairs to the bedrooms is not suitable for young children (under 5 years old) or the elderly.
- We ask for the signing of a rental contract.
The setting:
Cap Coz, located in Fouesnant in Finistère, is an ideal destination for relaxation and leisure by the sea. This narrow strip of fine sand juts out into the Bay of the Forest and ends in a small rocky islet, offering an exceptional natural setting.
Facing south and protected from the prevailing winds by the Pointe de Beg-Meil, Cap Coz beach is ideal for families. Its calm water and gently sloping white sand allow children to swim in complete safety.�PGJyPgIn summer, the beach is supervised, has sanitary facilities and offers free Wi-Fi access.
Water sports enthusiasts will find what they are looking for thanks to the facilities present, including the water sports centre. The configuration of the bay is ideal for sailing, kayaking or paddle boarding!

A super rental property. Close to the beach 15 mins walk. No grumbles. A few things to be aware1. Stairs to upper floor are very steep.2. No mosquito net on upstairs windows.3. Sink in kitchen is difficult at first to use as it's right in the corner.I would still recommend.4½
