This spacious apartment is perfect for families or small groups who want to spend time together while still having plenty of space to themselves.

Lake Titisee, restaurants, and the train station are just a few minutes’ walk away—ideal for a relaxing vacation in the Black Forest.

For stays of at least 2 nights, you’ll receive the Upper Black Forest Card.

The Accommodation
Our modern apartment features a spacious living area that’s perfect for relaxing together, playing games, or watching movies—ideal for families.

The accommodation offers:

1 bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m × 2.00 m)
1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm × 2.00 m each)
1 sleeper sofa in the living area (1.60 m × 2.00 m)

This comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

The open and fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for everyday life—whether it’s a quick breakfast or a family dinner.

✨ Highlight: Two fully equipped, modern bathrooms with walk-in showers—perfect when several people want to start their day at the same time.

Of course, towels, shower gel, and shampoo are provided.

Guest Access
In the basement, our guests have access to a shared laundry area where the washer and dryer can be used free of charge.

Within the booked apartment, guests have unrestricted access to the entire living area.

The outdoor area is also available for use—however, we ask that you be considerate of others and respect the privacy of all guests

Additional Important Information
We provide the Hochschwarzwald Card!
With the Hochschwarzwald Card, you can enjoy around 100 attractions once each for free. These include museums, amusement parks, mini-golf, and a boat ride on Lake Titisee. You can purchase ski tickets for the Feldbergbahnen and the Badeparadies Schwarzwald at a discounted price. You’ll receive the Hochschwarzwald Card from us free of charge starting with your second night’s stay.


The underground parking garage has a maximum clearance height of 1.90 m and is quite narrow due to the building’s structure.

Parking:
We recommend using smaller vehicles, as larger or longer cars in particular may have difficulty entering and maneuvering.

Alternatively, there are plenty of outdoor parking spaces available around the building.

House Rules:
Please also observe the house rules and quiet hours to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

Linens:
We provide high-quality hotel linens, which are already included in the price.

Trash:
Please sort your trash according to local guidelines and dispose of it in the designated bins in the underground parking garage after your stay.

Infants:
A crib and a high chair are available in the apartment.

Pets:
One pet is allowed upon request. We charge a fee of 12 € per night for this.
