Located in the village of Venda Nova, just a few minutes' drive from São Martinho do Porto (4 km), our house offers the ideal place to enjoy peaceful holidays, away from the hustle and bustle of the busier beaches of the Silver Coast, but close to everything you need for unforgettable holidays.

Venda Nova offers comfort and space for the whole family or group of friends, with its 3 bedrooms, including a spacious bedroom with two double beds, perfect for accommodating up to 8 people. The equipped kitchen has all the conditions to prepare your meals and enjoy quality time with family and friends. Furthermore, this holiday home has a very large outdoor space with a private swimming pool, dining furniture and sun loungers to relax in the sun with complete privacy. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, wood-burning fireplace (wood not included), charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included), parking space for 2 cars, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. Towel change and cleaning service is available during your stay, for an additional cost.

At São Martinho do Porto beach, you'll find a stunning shell-shaped bay, famous for its calm waters and family-friendly atmosphere. It's considered the best beach for families in Portugal! In summer, beach trips, sailing or seagull rides, seaside walks and dinners with a view of the bay are some of the favourite activities for those who choose São Martinho do Porto for their holidays.

At the less crowded stations, nature lovers have several options to discover trails on the slopes next to the Atlantic or cycle surrounded by pure air and stunning views. For those who appreciate gastronomic experiences, São Martinho do Porto equally has an excellent range of restaurants, where dishes based on fresh fish and seafood are among the favourites!

This region is equally highly sought after for the beaches around it, such as Nazaré, famous for its giant waves and cultural traditions, historical monuments — some of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites — and a diverse range of places to visit and activities to do throughout the year.

Come and discover the beauty and tranquillity of the Portuguese countryside at our Venda Nova house, where authenticity and warm hospitality await you!
