Welcome to our NEW apartment located in Escalón, San Salvador. You can enjoy beautiful views of the city and the volcanic landscape, all just a few minutes away from supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, and the newest attraction, Millennium Plaza.
This newly built and fully equipped apartment is the perfect base, whether you’re a tourist or on a business trip, and offers all the comforts of home.

The Space
This spacious apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests with its three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Enjoy cooking and dining in our modern, fully equipped kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops and state-of-the-art appliances. Our open-concept kitchen and dining area is equipped with cookware and tableware, as well as a coffee maker so you can brew and enjoy your morning coffee while looking out onto the balcony from our spacious living room.
Relax and unwind on our comfortable sofa, watch TV with friends and loved ones on our large smart TV, or simply take in the breathtaking views of the city.
At the end of the day, you can retreat to one of our three comfortable bedrooms.
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a smart TV, a desk, a closet, and a Juliette balcony with a wall-to-wall sliding door, as well as a large en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom features a queen-size bed with a smart TV and a large closet, conveniently located near the second full bathroom.
The third bedroom is a cozy room with twin bunk beds, perfect for our younger guests, and features a private full bathroom and a large closet.
All of our bathrooms have sliding glass doors, hot water, showers, and soft towels for our guests’ use.
The unit is air-conditioned and features a laundry closet and utility room with a washer and dryer at your disposal.
This newly built high-rise apartment building features on-site parking for two vehicles with 24/7 security.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment and enter through a separate entrance using a keycode with an electronic lock

Guests must not visit any apartment levels other than the one where the apartment is located (Level 3)

Other Important Points
We are located in a condominium with
community guidelines that include rules to follow in order to maintain good relations with each neighbor
Therefore, as owners, we are subject to fines if our guests do not comply with the rules of good neighborly conduct.
The main rules are:
Keep the hallways quiet
No parties in the apartments
Do not visit apartments on levels other than the one where your apartment is located.
No alcohol, no drug use, and no smoking in the hallways, parking lots, elevators, or inside the apartment
We are also required by the condominium association to install a doorbell at the apartment’s main entrance

The apartment does not have internal cameras
