Children must be supervised at all times near the pool, canal, dock, and waterfront areas.

No diving, jumping, or swimming in the canal.

Please park only in designated parking areas and driveway spaces. Do not block sidewalks, neighboring driveways, mailboxes, or access points.

The property is equipped with a privacy-safe Minut noise monitoring system that measures sound levels only and does not record conversations.

When sustained noise levels exceed approximately 75 dB, the primary guest may receive an automated notification requesting that noise levels be reduced.

Repeated disturbances, neighbor complaints, violations of quiet hours, or failure to comply with noise notifications may result in the immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

A security camera is located at the front of the property for safety, security, and occupancy verification purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas.
