BOOK IT!! You will not regret it. The condo is recently renovated and was incredibly clean. I’m pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this was one of the cleanest rentals I’ve stayed in. Not just the obvious areas either, even the corners, baseboards, and other places that often get overlooked were spotless. We didn’t find any dirt/dust/sand anywhere when we arrived. The location was also really convenient. It was an easy walk to both the pool and the beach access, which made things especially nice with a toddler. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for the week. We cooked several meals and never found ourselves wishing we had brought anything from home. The washer and dryer were also a huge plus and made beach days much easier.When we first arrived, we had a couple of small issues with gate access and getting our door code, but Amelia Island Getaways was easy to reach, very friendly, and quick to help. Their customer service was excellent throughout the whole process. Overall, I honestly don’t have any complaints. The condo was exactly what we hoped for, and it ended up being one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. We’d absolutely stay here again and would likely book directly through Amelia Island Getaways next time. Highly recommend!

This is the ninth year we have stayed at this property, and it never disappoints! The condo has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation in an amazing location. Kalista is responsive and helpful. We love this place!!

We have been coming here for a few summers now. Each year has another upgrade. The owners are easy to work with and are very responsive. Excellent stay as always.

Great place to enjoy Amelia Island and it's great beaches. The condo was well laid out for our group of 5. The washing machine was interesting trying to get the water levels high enough to wash clothes but finally got it going. Would stay again.
