**The Space**

The Nest is a fully self-contained, legal lower-level suite with its own private entrance.

Designed to be comfortable and practical, the space includes:

• Private bedroom with comfortable bedding and fresh linens
• Cozy living area for relaxing or unwinding
• Fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals
• Renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual showerheads
• Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and printer
• Smart TV with streaming access for entertainment

Large windows help bring natural light into the suite, creating a brighter and more welcoming lower-level space.

**Privacy & Layout**

The Nest is completely separate from the upstairs suite, The Owl.

As with most homes that include multiple suites, some normal household sound from the upper unit may occasionally be heard.

**Backyard & Pets**

Guests have access to the large shared fenced backyard, making The Nest especially convenient for travellers with dogs.

For guests who want to spend a longer day exploring Calgary, Banff, Canmore, or the surrounding area, we may also be able to arrange an optional pet check-in service with our trusted local helper.

Depending on availability, visits can include letting your dog into the yard, refreshing water, feeding, play time, or a short walk. Pet check-in service is available for an additional fee, must be arranged in advance, and is subject to availability.

Please note that the fence is older and has a few natural gaps. Very small dogs and determined escape artists should always be supervised.

**Secure Gear & Luggage Storage**

A dedicated section of the garage may be available for guest use and is secured with a password-protected keypad lock.

The space provides a convenient place to store bikes, skis, snowboards, luggage, strollers, and other outdoor gear without bringing everything into the suite.

It may also be available for luggage storage before check-in or after checkout, which can be especially helpful for early arrivals or later departures.

Because the storage area can only be reserved by one booking at a time, access is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. Please message us in advance if you would like to use it.
