Scalinate is a 53 m² apartment on the second floor of a historic palazzo in the heart of Marina di Campo, just two minutes on foot from the longest beach on Elba. Two bedrooms host up to four guests — one with a double bed, one with two single beds — sharing a striped-cabana bathroom with a sea-view window. The living room opens onto a small dining table and a galley kitchen with everything you need: hob, oven, fridge–freezer, washing machine, smart TV with satellite. Air conditioning throughout. Fast Wi-Fi. The apartment's quiet charm is its position. The historic steps that lead to the door are the same ones the fishermen of Marina di Campo climbed for centuries, on their way back from the sea. From the bedroom windows you look out over red rooftops on one side and the gulf of Marina di Campo on the other. A small, carefully kept place for couples or a family of four who want to live the village rather than just visit it.
