Do not stay here! House was filthy & in need of repair. Upon entry the front door frame was broken where security chain is pictured and felt unsafe. Broken mirror in kids bunk room, several holes in walls & doors, and all toilet paper holders broken and laying on floor. Kitchen & living room have been recently remodeled and seemed to be kept up but all bathrooms and bedrooms were disgusting. Hairs in the beds, no flat sheets, and comforters either stained or torn. Showers full of hair, vanities dirty, and floors filthy. Host welcome message states to not walk barefoot in house and now I understand why - so much dirt. Host responded asking for pictures but then didn’t respond again for 36 hours; and during that response they complained I submitted to VRBO. We bought sheets, candles, and cleaning supplies from target and spent first night getting house to a livable condition. We left next morning and got into different VRBO property.

The host took my money and when I arrived she cancel on me she also failed to contact Vrbo to issue me a refund
