We were 4 related families with children gathering from around the country for a get together. The property was exactly as advertised with a great pool and plenty of gathering areas. It was extremely well equipped with everything we needed including a crib, beach items and towels. To have each bedroom with en suite bathroom was convenient, and allowed for privacy. The property was modern and beautiful. Communication with the hosts was very good and helpful. The outside bathroom/ shower by the pool was unexpected and very useful to keep from tracking sand or dripping water into the house! This rental was a last minute replacement for another property (not rented thru VRBO nor these owners) that was canceled on us. We know we got a better place for a better price from Mike and Jodi and Island Head rentals! Would definitely stay here again!

The house and outdoor spaces are great! The house easily held our 8 ladies and would have held more very comfortably. The house is well decorated, fantastic kitchen, two family rooms that were very spacious. The outdoor area was being expanded while we were there to include a very nice gazebo dining space and more yard area. We enjoyed our stay very much, actually hated to leave!
