The apartment is located in a 1950s building. It is accessed through a courtyard which promises tranquillity and silence.

The house is accessed via an armored door which guarantees maximum security. Upon entering, you will find a corridor that leads to the kitchen complete with a fridge, microwave oven, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, all the necessary crockery, as well as a comfortable table where you can dine.

The corridor further leads to the double bedroom, consisting of a double bed with a memory topper to offer maximum comfort to guests, a wardrobe and a desk. You will also have the opportunity to work remotely, thanks to the super-fast internet connection with optical fiber (over 400 Mbps in download and upload). There is a 43-inch smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney +.

The apartment has a private bathroom with a window and shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.

During your stay, there will be courtesy kits for you consisting of shower gel, hand soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers as well as a set of 3 towels of different sizes for each guest.

The location is ideal given its proximity to the center of Como (Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Teatro Sociale, Piazza Duomo, Viale Geno and the lakefront). After a day spent visiting the city, the apartment will be your haven with a small space to relax by practicing yoga (two mats are provided) if you wish.
