From this modern brick house, you get a spectacular sea view less than 30 meters from the water's edge. Here, modern architecture meets the raw Danish coastal nature, and you can enjoy the sound of the waves and the fresh sea air all year round.

The well-designed house features large windows that let natural light flood in and offer sea views from almost every room. The open floor plan creates a natural flow between the different areas of the house, where you can gather for good times. Two of the bedrooms have separate en-suite bathrooms.

Two terraces allow you to follow the sun throughout the day. Facing the sea, you can enjoy breakfast with the sound of the waves in the background, while the sheltered courtyard is perfect for summer evenings under the open sky.

In Juelsminde, you will find a charming harbor town with an authentic atmosphere. Visit the cozy restaurants by the harbor, enjoy an ice cream in the summer heat, or take the children to the town's best playground. The area around Bjørnsknude is ideal for beautiful walks in the hilly coastal landscape.
