Modern studio with stunning ocean views, just a few minutes’ walk to Caniço city center in Santa Cruz. The studio is on the ground floor of a 70-year-old rustic stone house, fully renovated with all modern comforts. It features a private balcony, a cozy living space with natural wood accents, an equipped kitchenette, and access to a shared garden. Perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a sunny island retreat.

The rock studio apartment was inspired by the Madeira mountains. It's fully renovated with modern comforts while keeping the authentic Madeira house style. The ceiling remains original, and the shower wall is made from natural bedrock, creating a unique blend of modern comfort and island character.

The property consists of four studio apartments. Two are located in a rustic stone house, and two in a newly built house. Each has its own private entrance, terrace, and amazing ocean views.
